Stockport Friends of the Earth had a stall at this event.

Lots of interest and information given out, especially Shop Local First leaflets.

Saturday 4th November - International Day of Action on Climate Change

Chris, Kate and Ralph travelled by train to London and joined the Campaign for Climate Change rally outside the US Embassy in Grosvenor Square followed by a march to Trafalgar Square to join the "i count" event. Chris, Kate and Ralph used their time in Grosvenor Square to get a large number of RoadBlock postcards signed to send to the transport minister to tell him to end roadbuilding as it is fuelling traffic growth.
