Kate and Keiron joined people in London on rather a wet day to demand that world leaders take the urgent action needed to prevent the catastrophic destabilisation of our global climate.

Friday 23rd November 2007 - Prospectus Launch of Torrs Hydro

The first community owned Hydro electic scheme in the country!

The scheme in the Torrs in New Mills will generate enough green electricity for up to 70 homes, as well as money to fund grants for local community and environmentally sustainable projects.

Saturday 17th November - Stockport Fair Trade Fair

10.30am-3.30pm Stockport College, Roland Hadlow Building, Wellington Road South (A6), Stockport SK1

Stockport Fairtrade Group hosted its annual Fair Trade fair. Featuring stalls selling goods from around the world including clothes, food, jewellery and toys.
